Border points in Europe  are Brest (Belarus)/Malaszewicze (Poland) for the northern connection, and Chop (Ukraine)/Dobra (Slovakia) or Zahony (Hungary) for the southern connection. In China the border crossings are Zabaikalsk (Russia)/Manzhouli (China) and  Dostyk (Kazakhstan)/Alashankou (China)
